[mythtvnz] Win-TV Nova-S card not working

Strange thing is, that this card was working fine.  It stopped working
on a kernel upgrade, and even when reverting to 8.10 or 8.04 (system
rebuild) I couldn't get it to go again.  I doubt it's a hardware failure
- surely it's just a matter of finding the configuration that works
(again).
