[mythtvnz] VDPAU OK on TV3, not elsewhere

I get tonnes of this in my logs. I have been redirecting my frontend logs to
/dev/null as the log grows by about 20-40GB a day otherwise and I run out of
space.

It would be nice to know if a variant of the -bufsize option can be used.
