<p>I get tonnes of this in my logs. I have been redirecting my frontend logs to /dev/null as the log grows by about 20-40GB a day otherwise and I run out of space.</p><p>It would be nice to know if a variant of the -bufsize option can be used.</p>

</div>I've seen those messages while transcoding TV1/2 with latm sound using<br>
ffmpeg, and the audio sync was way off.<br>

I got rid of it using the ffmpeg option: -bufsize 8M<br>
<br>
Don't know what the mplayer equivalent option is though.<br>
