The AGP issue is that there are no AGP video cards (e.g. NVIDIA 8300, 
9300,9400) available with VDPAU supported video processors (or that I 
can find !) and so your 3GHZ CPU simply won't have the grunt to decode 
HD in software and do all the other things required.
