[mythtvnz] Win-TV Nova-S card not working

I have no idea what IRQ20 would be used for, or how to change it if I
had to - but maybe I don't have to?  From /proc/interrupts it looks like
only conexant is using IRQ 20.  I have only one receiver card installed
btw, so it must be that one.
