[mythtvnz] Win-TV Nova-S card not working

The 1st thing I would check is the IRQ's,
I don't get the "IRQF_DISABLED is not guaranteed on shared IRQ" warning on 
mine (Not Ubuntu I should point out).

What I get is this:

So I would check what else is on your IRQ 20 line and maybe play with BIOS 
IRQ settings or the Kernel IRQ mappings (apic etc).
