[mythtvnz] mythtv crashes attempting to play recording, live tv and mythvideo on remote frontend

The latest nvidia drivers require SSE for OpenGL & co. If you're using
them with an older processor (I got hit by this when my Barton died and
I ended up using a tbird 1.2 with a 6600GT), try commenting out the glx
line from xorg.conf.

Other than that, there are countless things which cause segfaults in
mythtv. Start by changing the video output from XvMC to Standard or
libmpeg2 and work from there.
