[mythtvnz] [OT] good value DVI-HDMI connector

I have a 5m HDMI cable from http://www.cablesdirect.co.nz/ from my
receiver to the projector, and a 1.5m DVI->HDMI cable from DSE from
the PC to the receiver (which just does HDMI passthrough). No problems
with either - the only reason I went to DSE instead of Cables Direct
was because I wanted it that day :)
