Yes various problems on vaious streams..

try 
-mc 2 to "fix" the audio sync 
-vf pp=fd to turn on deinterlacing.
-lavdopts fast:threads=2 multple CPU's/Core (if the stream supports it)
or -lavdopts skiploopfilter=all:fast to reduce CPU if your computer not
fast enough.
