Ok take a look at the channels.conf I have at
http://www.mythtv.co.nz/mythtv/?page_id=58
You need to modify the A/V Pid settings to include the primary PMT
identifier. EG fot C4 you would have
451+301:401:1301
rather than
451:401:1301
Without this MPlayer doesn't realise you have H.264 and HE-AAC.
