[mythtvnz] Freeview dish set-up woes

That's a good point. It is inline and has a light in it which glows when 
squarking so  I guess the current is OK. Adjusting the dB knob on the 
front has no effect. Adjusting the recessed screw-knob on the back (with 
arrows marked 'S' and 'L' also has no effect. The unit is rated for 
950-2250MHz and DC 13-18V.
