[mythtvnz] Ubuntu won't boot Skystar2 card

With great anticipation I bought and installed a Skystar2 DVB-S card.
The problem is that once Ubuntu Feisty gets to loading its driver it 
says this and goes no further.

b2c2-flexcop: 82C2 Flexcop PCIII/11(b)/III digital TV receiverchip 
loaded successfully

flexcop-pci: will use the HW PID filter
 flexcop-pci: card revision 2
ACPI: PCI Interupt 0000:00:0b.0[A] -> GSI 19 (level, low) -> IRQ 19

At this point the machine stops booting, it boots fine without the card 
present.

Any ideas folks?
