[mythtvnz] Two PVR-150s

Progress!  I have swapped the two cards physically in the machine, and the
problem has moved from /dev/video0 to /dev/video1

Thus its a card problem.  And I think this is the symptom.

tveeprom 1-0050: tuner model is unknown (idx 105, type 0)

My next plan is to use ivtv 0.6.1 with kernel 2.6.16.x
