[chbot] IP cam, open source software, PTZ, joystick control

I have one of these that you are welcome to borrow if you fancy a trip to
Diamond Harbour: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32836521386.html

I bought it for use as a baby monitor. It works remarkably well for the
price, but no zoom lens. Not sure about the ONVIF ptz.

I got pictures out of it using vlc or omxplayer rtsp://
admin:12345 at 192.168.178.49:554/ch0_0.h264

Would be very interested to follow your progress.
