[chbot] Importing laser modules..

Per Helmut, email <feedback at Customs.govt.nz> and ask about any issues.

Emphasise that the product is for an industrial application, and is not 
a laser pointer.

I have asked Customs quite a few questions in the past and they have 
been very helpful.
