Thanks Volker.

The DS0150 appears to be 200kHz analogue bandwidth which is a bit 
restricted.

Having said that, for US$20 landed, you get an STM32F103C8 CPU and a 
touch-screen 2.4-inch colour TFT display; this seems extraordinary 
value-for-money.

May have been based around something like
