[chbot] 18650 battery sources

A final year project team from the electrical engineering department go a
few battereis form here:
https://thevapingkiwi.co.nz/high-drain-18650-batteries
to test a battery pack prototype before ordering from somewhere in China
(not sure who the chinese source is but the cells seems to behave)
