[chbot] KiCad

After the discussions I looked up KiCAD and found the download page.

Clicked on the Windows and got a file list starting the with the Linux and 
Ubuntu packages. Not confidence inspiring.

I looked at a U tube clip and again had second thoughts.

I did download and install it, and had a fiddle but I'll probably stick to 
Eagle. Eagle has some quirks but it really does the job very well.
