[chbot] Open street map on adroid

FWIW I've used MapDroyd in the past to view offline OSM data on an
Android device: <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MapDroyd>

Unfortunately it's not FLOSS. When I last looked there didn't seem to
be a good FLOSS Android app for OSM.
