[chbot] Cheap, low voltage, high current h-bridge

Zetex have Mosfet H bridges ZXMHC3A01T8 that could work off 3.3V drive 
to deliver about 1-2A, and more as Vgs goes higher. see:

Soanar have Zetex on their line card. I'll write to the list if I can 
get hold of either these or the ZHB6718 locally.
