[Templates] Cookbook Status

Hmm.

I've just been hacking around with XML XPath a lot (see other post with
patches.)  Right now I have a reasonable level of knowledge of how to map
XML::XPath stuff to Views.

This should probably go in the cookbook before I go to the pub and kill
the braincells that are storing it (if not at least so I can look up how
to do that again.)

What's the status with the cookbook atm?  Should I just write something,
or is there a template I should be using, etc, etc.
