[mythtvnz] Is it finally time to say goodbye to MythTV

I use mythtv less and less, but I still wouldn't be without it. A HDHomerun
takes the "whatif" out of upgrading your kernel as it is pretty well
driverless.

I use kodi to watch though, but that is preference.
