[mythtvnz] New install setup - recording problem

I'll keep the list updated with any further problems I have.
I noted that yesterday, I had a few frontend crashes at startup when I was  
setting Mythwelcome up.
On 12.04 and 14.04 I just followed the standard setup for mythwelcome and  
it would open with the mythwelcome screen on the monitor.
In 16.04 this wasn't the case so I put an entry into startup applications  
to start mythwelcome.I need to do further testing to see if this is a  
proper way to do this.
