[mythtvnz] Break out audio from HDMI

Thanks Nick

I'm waiting for a 'mini-computer-x26y' to arrive and the first thing I'll
do is see if there is an SPDIF header on the motherboard. I can always use
the analog output to start with but if there is no header then I'll likely
be in touch!!
