[mythtvnz] New channel on new mux noticed here in Wellington

Just noticed today that a new mux is active  on channels 28/29 (530 and 538 MHz) from Mt Kaukau and also from local repeater transmitter.

Only carries a single channel so far Apna TV - a Punjab language channel so not likely to be of great interest to most people here.

No MHEG listings are yet being broadcast.
