[mythtvnz] Choice coming to Freeview Sat

I thought channel 12 was 'Four'. I'm obviously well out of date so perhaps
someone could list what channels there are on DVB-T Freeview (and even
DVB-S), which mux they are on (so we can see see if the scan worked OK)
and whether there is EPG data from one of:
  * Freeview from nzepg.org
  * epgsnoop on a Freeview DVB-S mux,
  * epgsnoop on a Sky DVB-S mux,
  * EIT
  * MHEG munging.
