[mythtvnz] Dual Twin Output LNB questions...

Nick,

If you are going for Channel 9, GEM and GO from Optus D1, forget it, it's
gone from that satellite.  I tried to find the news item but here is the
OPTUS D1 feeds at lyngsat with Ch9 missing.
