[mythtvnz] HVR-2200 Not finding channels...

The frequencies to use depend on where you are.  I had to use the  
nz-AucklandInfill ones from here  
http://linuxtv.org/hg/dvb-apps/file/887beb83943a/util/scan/dvb-t to  
get mine to work.
