Thanks for that.

Based on the output they are just sending out some MPEG-2 feeds for testing
rather than H.264.

Given the fact that JDA got the contract for most of the freeview|HD
expansion they are probably just testing on a spare frequency rather than
firing up a whole new multiplex for additional channels.
