[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 3000

I have a HVR4000, and managed  to get the DVB-T and DVB-S parts working
under lucid (10.04) by recompiling the driver, the cards seem similar, only
no DVB-S2 support on the HVR3000.

 

Same issues, installing out of the box with lucid drivers, it all seemed to
work, but couldn't tune in the DVB-T stations under mythbackend setup.
Rebuild, works well now.
