[mythtvnz] How do you make mythtv-setup 'see' tv_grab_nz-py.py?

IIRC it's a hardcoded list. I had a patch once upon a time, for an
outdated version, but it's generally easier to symlink something that
is in there (eg tv_grab_au) and select that
