[mythtvnz] Wireless N

I set up an N network for a few months using TP-Link cards and routers, single 
backend with two remote front ends. It worked OK-ish, but could never get true 
HD content to stream properly to the more distant front end. In the end I just 
ran Cat 6 cable everywhere and set up a gigabit ethernet network, and now I'm 
all smiles.
