[mythtvnz] HDMI video cards

Sorry if I wasn't clear, on my Zotac ION it is visible during bios and
boot but the screen flashing (this is the background) is very annoying -
has anyone else seen this occur, know of a work around?

On my main PC (with DVI) to monitor (HDMI) no problems at all, bios and
boot all look normal.
