Sorry if I wasn't clear, on my Zotac ION it is visible during bios and boot but the screen flashing (this is the background) is very annoying - has anyone else seen this occur, know of a work around?<BR>

On my main PC (with DVI) to monitor (HDMI) no problems at all, bios and boot all look normal.<BR>

So its actually a feature that nothing displays on the console till the
box is booted... And if I need the console its on the VGA input on the
TV.... best of both worlds.
