I don't think the scheduler looks at the category when determining if a show
is identical - I believe it only looks at the start and end time and the
title. So this particular example should not cause any issues. But you are
better off having identical data on all copies of a particular channel.

What I do is to load one of the xml files against both Sky and Freeview
sources, to cover all the common channels and then load the other file only
against it's own source to pick up the extra channels. E.g. (source id 1 is
Sky and 2 is Freeview):
mythfilldatabase --update --file 1 freeview.xml
mythfilldatabase --update --file 2 freeview.xml
mythfilldatabase --update --file 1 sky.xml

I suspect you're just loading the sky xml against the Sky source and the
Freeview xml against the Freeview source - mythfilldatabase only loads the
data against the one specified source, it doesn't load data for identical
channels on other sources.
