[mythtvnz] Epgsnoop how to use mythfilldatabase to load the listings.xml data

If you installed the mythweb part when you did your install you can see all
the various id's etc via the web-interface ( and correct the xmltv id feilds
there also).

The source id is actually the mapping of the epg source to adaptor ordering,
rather than adaptor specifically.
