It's a budget DSE 5.1 soundcard:

Which I see now does actually specify 44.1kHz output as well as 48kHz. I
went for it mainly because it had coax digital out as I had already run out
of optical inputs on my amp, but had some coax inputs free. I've actually
had less trouble with coax than with optical so it's worked out rather well.
