[mythtvnz] nuvexport of HD recordings

How about keeping it as H.264 but just transcoding it back to a lower bit
rate?

HandBrake (and HandBrakeCLI) do a good job of this. The "AppleTV" or
"Normal" presets are pretty playable on low-end hardware, a-la iPhone and
iPod.
