Pshem I doubt your video card (nv8200) is up to h.264 decoding. You would need to set the absolute minimum configuration. You need a 9400GT as minimum, nvidia 9500 is better. 9400GT can not do 2x H/W deinterlace etc. Best price/performance/power-dissipation is the nvidia GT220 (pci-e of course).
