Most good HT amps have a daisy chain serial link for the IR RC.
Some may assume master but my amp has RC input/output via cable.
Most good hi-fi gear uses the same open command set.

Panasonic stuff uses something called viera link ??
Probably not open standard on purpose.
I would doubt the possible ethernet commands are easily usable. It suits
the manufacturer to make it difficult.
Maybe wireshark & some other Panasonic gear would allow reverse
engineering of some protocol or standby command ?

You could possibly use any RC serial link or IR link from a PC IR
transmitter.

Are you trying to achieve auto standby of everything or really low off
current by complete electrical disconnection ?

IMO made a good TV choice but the default setup is wrong for home use.
The default setting is to compete with LCDs under harsh lighting etc.
