[mythtvnz] MythTV 0.22 and DVB-T channel scanning issues

James - Thanks for the links. I'll try some debugging myself

The funny thing is the channel scanning works fine under Mythbuntu  
9.04 and MythTV 0.21.

Here is the SQL I used to load the other channels
