Note the use of High at L4.1 H.264 profile for CSI, versus Main at L3.0 for
Sea Patrol.  Main profile is still pretty good at compression, but is
easier on decoders as it requires less computation.  High at L4.1 is
using almost all possible compression techniques available in H.264.
And the HD broadcast uses 4 times the number of bits, although it has
only 2.5 times the number of pixels to display.

And this is from Piha Rescue (720p) on TV One, which I believe is
videoed in HD these days:
