Why are you using TV-Out -> TV-In rather than a composite connection (Video
out to Aux in or whatever Hauppauge calls it)? You'll certainly get better
quality that way, and if your problem is due to tuning you could solve that
as well.

You might be right. I believe you can set which channel TV-Out uses in the
Sky setup pages.
