[mythtvnz] Getting DVB-T working under Linux

Hi Gordon,

Yep they worked perfectly, thanks very much for that. I've still had no luck
getting it working with mplayer, and I'm also having a bit of trouble
getting the analogue tuner to work so I can get Prime (I have a hybrid
dvb-t/analogue usb stick and it won't find any analogue channels when I
scan), but getting it working is my task for this weekend :)
