Yes it is ...

so you're running the latest version.

There could have been errors during the post installation script of
mythtv-backend and it was already running.

There is a bug in the standard ubuntu packages that when uninstall, it
doesn't stop mythtv-backend

so upgrade gives error, but everything is fine otherwise.
