[mythtvnz] Upgrade NVIDIA 180.11 to 180.45

Which version of Mythbuntu are you using? I recently manually upgraded to 
180.44 (See previous post with help from JYA), and then subsequently the 
updater infomred me that 180.44 was availble in the repository and I re-did 
the install using the updater.
