[mythtvnz] tuner allocation issue

I haven't found the 'preferred input' to be reliable. For free-to-air
programmes, I always set 'Freeview' as preferred (better picture quality),
but randomly it will choose Sky instead. It seems to also be a 'soft'
setting and depends on other priorities. I'd like a setting like 'Use ONLY
this input...' but I usually respect myth's complex algorithms for choosing
to do the right thing.

Easy - go to scheduling settings for that recording and set "preferred
input - whichever"
