[mythtvnz] EPG-only mapping

As other people have already mentioned, epgsnoop is the way to go here.

I have a wrapper around this which drags the EPG data off the sky and
freeview transponders, splits it into individual files per channel, then
rebuilds custom xml files per Mythtv source.  These files are then
loaded into mythtv by Mythfilldatabase.

This allows me to choose to have the sky data for some freeview channels
and vis-versa.
More than happy to let people play with my ugly Perl if anyone is
interested.
