[mythtvnz] freeview|HD working!

Hi everybody!
I've been steadily keeping my patches (http://pkendall.homeip.net) up to date 
with ffmpeg and today Michael Niedermayer has made some changes to the h.264 
codec that fix the interlacing problems we have been seeing on freeview|HD.

I've updated my mythtv patches and made them available on my site, you can get 
them and try them out. Let us all know how you get on.
