Great work Craig.

The audio is HE-AAC. I've got it working in mplayer now, need to look at
MythTV patches.

The other channels crash due to the interlaced H.264 variant they are
running. MythTV SVN Trunk should have patches now to prevent the crash,
but there will be video artifact issues.
